A typical sale would consist of the follow:

  • A professional staff; which is honest, reliable, fun and friendly. We care and treat your property and customers with TLC.
  • We stage, clean, and display all items to be sold.
  • Table cloths to be used on tables to display items for sale.
  • Tag and price all items to be sold
  • Very effective marketing to drive traffic to the sale
  • Promotion of real estate to customers
  • Control crowds
  • Clean up after sale, sweep, mop and vacuum only
  • Donate, or full buy-outs
  • Hire security if needed
  • Payout within 5-7 days

Residential Content Removal

  • Free consultation for content removal.
  • The fees for a complete residential content removal is $125.00 per/hr. Labor only.
  • We have trailers available to haul off your junk.
  • Hauling fees are separate from labor fees.
  • We have hard working employees that are experienced in cleaning.
  • We provide all the cleaning supplies, including brooms, mops, shovels, rakes etc.
  • We are very thorough in what we do. Nothing will be left behind for you to do.
  • Relax and leave the cleaning to us; we will get it done and over with for you.

Packing for a move

If you need help packing for a move, we can do that too.

We have a lot of boxes available free for your move. We will pack and mark your boxes, and get them ready for your movers. Our fee is $15.00 per/hr per person. We will pack your belongings with TLC.

Complete buy outs

Free consultations for buy outs.

If you just have too much stuff and don’t feel like you need an estate sale, we will take a look and possibly buy the whole lot. Sometimes this is the way to go if you don’t want to wait 5 to 7 days for your money.

Fees for Services

Our Estate Sale fees are between 35% to 50% depending on the volume of property to be sold and the work involved in preparing for a sale.
